What makes great stop motion animation?

Storytelling? Action? Special effects? What about all of these combined.

Our special online BrickFlicks stop motion animation camp allows you to make your very own action movie. All you need is your favourite LEGO character and your imagination!.

We keep the number of participants to a minimum so everyone gets a chance to explore and develop their skills

For 5 days, join our BrickFlicks animator for one hour online as you learn how to animate visual effects using materials you find at home, make things fly, explode or even simply disappear. You will get feedback on your animations from the tutor and and animations you send in will be celebrated on our Youtube channel.

Perfect for budding young creators or those who just want to have a go.

Suitable for 8-12 year olds.

Dave Sheehan

The BrickFlicks team has over 15 years of experience delivering workshops to children in Stop Motion, Music, and Digital Media. BrickFlicks tutor Dave Sheehan has been creating fun and educational content for children of all ages since 2014, and has delivered BrickFlicks workshops to children in school & venues all over Ireland including The Ark Childrens Cultural Centre, Dublin, Riverbank Arts and Solstice Arts. The Academy is a fun, safe place for children to learn new skills and share their work with the BrickFlicks animators. All content is specific to the age category (8-12 years) and designed to engage this group.
